Iconic Bronze Art Inc. was founded to help high schools and colleges place one of these architectural pieces of fine art on their campus. Our goal is to bring the school and the artist (Jocelyn Russell) together and then to work closely with the school to facilitate the fundraising and installation while the artist oversees the casting and foundry work.
Jocelyn currently has ten monumental bronze sculpture in limited edition castings:
Our expertise in web technology and our system for fundraising make placement of a monumental bronze on your campus easier than you ever imagined.
The sports mascot is the symbol of school spirit, pride, inspiration, and tradition for the students, alumni and facility of any educational institution from high schools right through the university level. For many schools, their sports mascot is a powerful and noble animal which is the protector and guardian spirit of everyone associated with the school.
Monumental bronze sculptures of these guardian spirits are lasting works of fine art and the central focus of school pride and spirit. They are the rallying points for sporting events, the background for countless photos and meeting place for visitors, alumni, students and facility of the high school or university.
The pride associated with a quality bronze sculpture of your school quardian is passed down through generations of students and alumni and the sculpture itself will remain unchanged while the campus evolves around it.
Not all bronzes are created equal! It is important that your monument is created by a known artist, whose work will appreciate in value, with a certifiable track record in the monument process from concept to installation.
It is equally important that the materials used, from base to bronze, be of a quality that will withstand the test of time. High quality bronzes will last hundreds of year with a minimum of care (a simple cleaning and waxing annually). Mounting plates and bases must have the same longevity as the bronze itself, and the artists input for construction of the base is critical.
